Scope: Master planning

Description: A New Town development project located between the Guiyang Airport and Guiyang city proper, this development spans over 30 square kilometers and will serve as the city’s new urban hub. The project will also include the unique addition of an urban resort and recreation component. The master plan also includes routing plans for two 18 hole golf courses to the north and a 27 hole golf course to the south.

The courses were planned and routed in conjunction with the overall city expansion and outlying resort centers.  Each routing scheme explores its own unique character and landscape from lowland agricultural to upland forests, while enhancing views and value to the surrounding developments.  Careful consideration was given to preservation of existing farming practices and sensitive ecosystems within the planned communities.
