Scope: Concept design, schematic design, design/documentation plus construction observation

Program: One 18 hole golf course, entry road, maintenance building and clubhouse.

Description: Mangilao Golf Club is located on the central eastern coastline of Guam. The course is a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary System golf course that emphasizes natural resource and wildlife habitat management in an environmentally friendly manner. Golfscape staff worked closely with Nelson & Haworth on the landscape design of this course, creating a lush tropical landscape adjacent to the Pacific Ocean.
